My Name is Claire Reynolds and I opened BLBA so that I can transform the beauty industry. Its my hope that I get to change the course of many peoples lives for the better.

Hi, I'm Jasa, 

I'm the Executive Assistant & Student Admissions coordinator for both the Waco & San Antonio BLBA locations.

I'm a customer focused professional with over 15 years of experience providing administrative support to both teams & executives, as well as acting as the 1st point of contact in fast-paced environments requiring exceptional interpersonal, multi-tasking, & problem solving skills. 

I've worked for Fortune 500 companies, medical aesthetics & massage therapy clinics, & restaurants, & I've been with Boss Lady Beauty Academy for 4 years now. 

I enjoy assisting the Executive team, staff, & students with a wide range of tasks to ensure the daily operation run smoothly so we remain an organized, productive, & successful academy.

Hi, I'm Molly,

I moved to TX from the midwest about a year ago, & I'm still getting used to the weather :)

  I'm a wife, mom to 7 kids, "yaya" to several grandkids, have my own practice,  & I'm an Esthetics & Lash Extension teacher at Waco BLBA.

I originally went to school to become a Therapist, but discovered I was too tenderhearted for that, so I decided to do go a different route, into Esthetics, which I've  been passionate about since I was 18 years old.

I'm exited to be a part of the BLBA student’s journey & love teaching others about their skin & how to take better care of it so they feel better about themselves.

 It's important to me to make sure my students feel seen & heard, & aspire to empower my students with the skills they've learned at BLBA to help them become more successful down the road.

Hi, I’m Gillian,

I’m a licensed Esthetician who's passionate about helping people meet their skin goals.

In addition to being an Instructor &  dedicated cat mom, I can also fly a plane. While I'm a bit of a diva, I also love to make people laugh, & don't take myself too seriously.  

My whole life, I’ve been drawn to positions where I can share my knowledge of skin care, esthetic services, & random facts, & I've always wanted the opportunity to teach, so being an esthetics teacher at BLBA is awesome!
